was there a hemispherical fountain near by that shot out jets of water in time w/ music and also, could you look upwardish and see the space needle {cuz it's about 1/3 mile from there}?
u were at the heart of Seattle Center then...i love going there....i've not been in a while cuz now i have a 4yo {which makes it hard to go anywhere and do personal stuff like photographing} and during summer there are LOTS of people....plus i'm waiting on nicer warm weather.....our weather is a bit weird this yr and it's still cool and cloudy and wet some days.....should get nicer here real fast though.....
I can't wait to be back in Washington--just a week to go! Although that means less internet I am sick of this humid heat in Orlando. I grew up in Port Angeles--across the water and down the highway from Bainbridge Island! So I've been to Seattle now and then. My sister lived there a while too. I still get lost, though, no matter how often I visit a bigger city!
Seattle is actaully laid out in a way that it's easy to get around {usually} there are a couple neighborhoods that are kinda confusing in places.....will u be passing thru seattle when u come up?
Briefly, the Papa will come get me soon, I'm so glad! I like wandering around Seattle. It's okay to get lost there, cuz all I really have to do is look down at the waterfront and I can usually get unlost again. One time, I walked from the ferry and wound up at the Asian Art Museum while in search of a particular vegan restaurant. Never found the restaurant, so I went to the museum instead!
when were u up here?
