I agree with the comment about detail. Very photorealistic and detailed considering it's less than 10cm tall. Good!

Thanks! I think I overdid the highlights in her hair somewhat, but I like it because she sort of glows, and her personality is one that glows.

I think it's okay. I suppose her hair is light, something like blond or red? It doesn't look overdone.
